You will receive your order in six to ten business days from the date your order was placed.  All international orders are shipped via USPS International Airmail. See the table below for shipping rates.

If, at any time or for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has worn well or lived up to your expectations, please let us know.  Items bought on Cycleaware.com can be returned for a full refund, if you submit your request within 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days, your item may be exchanged with any other CycleAware.com product (subject to availability). CycleAware products purchased at a retail store can be exchanged through us for any other CycleAware product. However, refunds can only be processed through the original store of purchase. Please contact us for return authorization before mailing back your return. Unauthorized returns may take much longer to process.
